Pour autant qu' adb tools soit installé, brancher son téléphone en mode USB, ouvrir un terminal (chez moi ça ne fonctionne qu'en root) et :
adb forward tcp:5037 localfilesystem:/data/local/debugger-socket
Ensuite, on doit pouvoir afficher le device concerné :
adb devices
