Explique assez clairement que si on désire comprendre l'impact sur le climat du numérique, un calcul des émissions moyennes par requête n'a pas tellement de sens.
Un concept proche et complémentaire de la littératie numérique : à quel degré quelqu'un est prêt à utiliser les outils numériques, notamment pour se former. En fonction de leurs compétences, de leur capacité à évaluer la fiabilité de l'information et à protéger leurs données privées.
